Flav has had an incredible impact on my development as a player, continually preparing me for every aspect of competing at the D1 level. His trainings are challenging, constructive, and fast-paced, allowing me to improve at every session. He incorporates different technical work, finishing, decision making, and possession drills all at a very high speed. His ability to push us all to train at game speed is so important for our development. Even with small groups he creates realistic game-like situations that accelerate our growth and force us to perform under pressure. Beyond just his technical skills, he teaches discipline, focus, and mental toughness which help us to develop the mindset required to compete at the highest levels.
